Ticket Regulations
- Individual Standard Day - Single Day Admission tickets refer to the tickets for all visiting days (167 days in total) except for Peak Days during the Expo. Peak Days include "Labor Day" Holiday (May 1-3, 2010), "National Day" Holiday (Oct. 1-7, 2010), and the last week before the closing date (Oct. 25 – 31, 2010), with 17 days in total. One ticket per person, valid for one entry on the day of admission.
- Peak Day Admission (Oct. 1~7, 25~31, 2010) - Peak Day tickets are designed to control visitor flow on predicted peak days of the Expo by designating dates, limiting volume and increasing prices.
Terms and Conditions
- All purchases are subject to availability and have to be approved by us.
- Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE once shipped.
- If you wish to cancel or edit your order, you may request by calling 1-866-840-9990 before we start shipping out your order.
- Tian Bao Travel Ltd.'s maximum liability shall be limited to the face value of the tickets.
Shipping Terms
- We provide free shipping in Canada by Canada Post regular mail, but we are not responsible for lost mail. We recommend you to buy the Xpresspost.
- Free express shipping in Canada for ten or more Single Day Admission tickets purchases.
- If your shipping address is outside Canada, please buy the Outside Canada Shipping option. It may take up to 6 business days to USA and 16 business days to others.
- For peak day products only, you may choose to have your tickets shipped to your address in Shanghai, China for free. You must enter your shipping address and contact number in the Paypal page while placing your order. Our staff will contact you for shipping details.
